Work-life balance (WLB) has increasingly become a significant factor affecting
employee productivity, engagement, and overall organizational performance. As
organizations face rising competition and employees encounter increasing job
demands, maintaining equilibrium between professional and personal
responsibilities is essential for sustainable workforce efficiency. This research
examines the relationship between work-life balance initiatives and employee
productivity through a mixed-method approach, including literature review, a
case study, and survey-based data analysis. Using two structured tables, the
study captures employee perceptions and managerial insights regarding flexible
work policies, workload management, and organizational support. Findings
indicate that effective WLB practices correlate positively with higher
productivity, job satisfaction, and reduced absenteeism, while insufficient WLB
leads to stress, burnout, and decreased performance. The paper concludes by
emphasizing the importance of organizational policies that support employee
well-being as a strategic tool to enhance productivity and maintain
organizational competitiveness
